Owner/Artistic Director, began her dance training at the Kathleen Magyar School of Dance and earned her Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in Dance from Radford University, graduating with honors. She has studied with many professional companies such as Radford Dance Theatre and the Alvin Ailey American Dance Center. She has danced professionally with PA Dance Vision Repertory Ensemble and Ballet Espressivo in Toronto, Ontario. She is the creator and director of the Willow Park Ballet Theatre. Gina also choreographs for the Blairstown Community Theatre in Blairstown, NJ.
Tap Dance Instructor, In 2018, Laura relocated to Bethlehem, PA, from NYC where she instructed dance for 19 years. She started dancing in Queens, NY at the age of 3, and as a teenager began her professional dance training at Broadway Dance Center and Steps on Broadway, where she had the opportunity to study with amazing master teachers. Laura holds a BA in Dance Pedagogy from SUNY Empire State College, and is a graduate of the Dance Education Laboratory at the 92nd Street Y. Her dance teaching career began in 1998 at Hunter College Elementary School, where she taught beginner- advanced levels of Tap Dance to gifted children for three years. From 2001-2017, Laura worked as a freelancer, bringing her teachings and choreography to some of Manhattan's finest private schools, after-school programs, dance clubs, summer camps, and continuing education programs. She has instructed children aged 3-18 and has also taught adult tap dance classes. She has performed as a tap dance soloist in variety shows throughout NYC. She has also danced for several musical acts and singing artists for private and social events, as well as in venues such as The Plaza Hotel, Carolines Comedy Club, and many, many more. In 2017, Laura served as the Co-Producer of the Off Off Broadway musical, "Picket Sign Passion" in which she also appeared as a dancer and actor. Her website is www.LKGDance.com
Jazz Medley Instructor, Ms. Haley grew up dancing in Bucks County where she received training in jazz, tap, ballet, lyrical, acro and hiphop. Prior to graduating high school, Ms. Haley also danced competitively. She continued dancing throughout her college career on the Kutztown University Dance Team, where she danced at both Basketball games and football games. She also choreographed both jazz and contemporary style routines for Performing Dance Portmanteau (PDP) where dancers had the opportunity to showcase various dance styles at PDPs annual winter and spring shows. After four years of being a dedicated student and dancer, she received the dance scholarship sponsored by the Lenhart dance association. Upon graduating, Ms. Haley continued her passion for dance by performing for the Reading Royals hockey dance team and teaching ballet and acro to students in the Lehigh Valley. Ms Haley is very excited to share her love of dance with the Willow Park Dance Academy and meet all of the talented students!
